The location of this location is in Stein, AG, Switzerland. Eligible applicants and their families will be assisted in moving if needed.
In this responsible position, you ensure the smooth filling of liquid medicines in vials and syringes and thus make a direct contribution to the production of life-saving medicines. They work in an innovative, technologically leading environment, take over the operation of modern systems as well as the implementation of controls and documentation, currently working in day-to-day operations and a 2-shift model is planned from 2027/2028. Their tasks
- Ensure a smooth production process and proactively detect and report deviations or potential for improvement.
- Preparation, testing and bottling of liquid medicines in compliance with the highest quality and GMP standards.
- Independent operation, monitoring and preparation and follow-up of modern production facilities and equipment.
- Carry out in-process controls, sampling and microbiological environmental monitoring to ensure product quality.
- Careful documentation of the work as well as responsibility for cleaning, care and proper storage of equipment.
What we are looking for
- Experience working in aseptic production areas (e.g. in insulators) and a high quality and hygiene awareness.
- In-depth knowledge of the GMP guidelines as well as a careful, compliant and documentation-intensive working method.
- Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing for secure communication and documentation in the production environment.
- Structured, responsible personality with a strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork.
- Ideally, experience in the fill & finish area (filling vials and syringes) as well as knowledge of English as an additional plus.
