We are continuing to invest in our Private Equity P&C practice and are seeking an Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter to join our team in New York City .

- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area. OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area OR

Processo di candidatura
- your Private Equity underwriting expertise across risk assessment, exposure analysis, and pricing to build and manage a profitable book of new and renewal business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with claims, finance, risk engineering, actuarial, and technical underwriting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Leverage your technical underwriting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to grow relationships with preferred distribution partners within your assigned territory
- Gain deep exposure to a fast-growing, innovative segment of Middle Markets insurance
- This role may be filled at either the Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter level.
- The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and alignment with the qualifications below. Basic Qualifications: Underwriting Specialist:
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area AND
