- Entry level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts .
Responsabilità principali

- Scope / (Content Leadership): Assists in building Conversational Analytics solutions .
- Accountability/Problem Solving: Addresses well-defined business problems using data .
- Performs routine data analysis and visualization tasks .
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal teams to gather data requirements and context .
- Presents findings primarily to internal stakeholders .
- Impact/Strategy: Contributes to small-scale projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs) .
- Complexity / (Product Size): Participates in the development of PoCs for larger analysis projects .
- Business / Technical ability: Applies basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools .
- Demonstrates a growing understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques and conversational analytics .
Requisiti principali
- Education / Experience .
- Entry level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts .
- Experience or demonstrated ability in assisting with data collection, conducting preliminary analysis, and preparing reports and presentations under guidance .
- Willingness to learn how to translate complex data into actionable business language aimed at improving decision-making .
- Technical Skills .
- Basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools .
- Understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques to address well-defined business problems .
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts like Conversational analytics, "Talk to your Data", LLMs, MCP servers, Agentic AI .
- Additional Qualifications .
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to gather data requirements and present findings .
- Communicative English - as we work in global teams, English is our primary language . Compensation & Benefits
- The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 90’300.00 PLN
