- Experience in designing and developing comprehensive training materials using multiple tools and learning formats.
- Advanced IT skills and a high affinity for digital technologies and new media.
- Experience with online learning systems, e-learning content creation, video recording, and virtual training platforms is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as within international teams.
