Exigences principales
- Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar
- Profound knowledge in various modules in Workday HCM preferably in Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security
- Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue handling
- Several years of proven hands-on experience in the configuration of Workday HCM
- Any Workday Pro certification would be an asset

- As Senior Technical Workday Expert, you will be:
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in our Workday HCM system with a broad, cross-functional perspective
- Supporting and consulting business SMEs in all questions related to the functional area of your SME role
- Taking ownership for the technical stability, configuration and further development of the Workday tenant
- Developing and continuously improving our Workday system along business and regulatory needs
