- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytical role
Exigences principales
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytical role
- Experience analysing marketing performance and impact across digital and offline marketing channels
- Experience in dashboard development and data visualisation, using Tableau and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Adobe Analytics and BigQuery. Python is a plus
- Understanding marketing objectives, A/B testing, conversion funnels, customer journey analytics, and marketing performance measurement
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting solutions is an advantage
- Experience working with Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and translate data into practical business recommendations
- Excellent written and spoken German and English Mindset & Skills:
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies, analytics methodologies, automation approaches, and AI-supported capabilities
- Passionate about data, user behaviour, marketing performance, and emerging analytics technologies
