- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field; alternatively, a completed banking apprenticeship with relevant further education
- First professional experience through an internship, graduate programme, apprenticeship or entry-level role in project management, transformation, change, consulting, communications or HR
Exigences principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field; alternatively, a completed banking apprenticeship with relevant further education
- First professional experience through an internship, graduate programme, apprenticeship or entry-level role in project management, transformation, change, consulting, communications or HR
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking or another regulated environment is an advantage; a banking apprenticeship is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and maintain structured trackers and reports
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and reliably follow through on actions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information in a clear and audience-appropriate way
- Analytical, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in people-centric transformation and new ways of working Fluency in English is required;
- German or additional languages are an advantage
