- The Primary responsibility of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is the day-to-day management of the Bank’s relationships with Wealth Management clients.

- The Primary responsibility of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is the day-to-day management of the Bank’s relationships with Wealth Management clients.
- The ARM will utilise their in-depth knowledge of the Bank’s products and services to understand the needs and requirements of the client.
- The ARM should be the primary point of contact for the client ensuring a joined-up approach to client coverage with the RM.
- The ARM must have the required skill set to be a delegate on behalf of the RM when they are unavailable.
- The role requires a high level of client service and to act accordingly in the clients’ best interests, in a regulatory compliant and commercial manner. Role Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst handling day-to-day correspondence with them and their representatives
- Multi-task and use effective time management skills to prioritise short terms tasks while simultaneously managing longer-term projects.
- With the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, whilst meeting both client and internal deadlines
- Handling data requests from clients and stakeholders within the firm

- Possess a Commercial/Finance/banking-oriented qualification or equivalent experience Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience of working as an assistant in private banking or in another client facing front office role A good understanding of the private client industry and its products
- Completion of UBP Annual Compliance training programme Competencies and Values Required Level
- Upholds the legal, regulatory and ethical standard of the UBP Group Good product knowledge
- Knowledge of legal regulatory and industry requirements Business Development
