- Act as a thought leader and mentor, helping grow digital capabilities across the organization. What we are looking for:
- PhD in Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computational Sciences, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, CRO, or related scientific environments.
- Experience applying digital, data science, computational, or AI-driven approaches to research and development challenges.
- Proven ability to translate scientific needs into scalable digital products, capabilities, or solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with digital transformation, scientific workflow digitalization, analytics, AI/ML, or innovation strategy is advantageous. About Lonza
