As a networked thinker and independently acting professional, you will take on a central role in our debt collection team and help to advance our processes efficiently and solution-oriented. Your tasks

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in debt collection or receivables management
Exigences principales
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in debt collection or receivables management
- Knowledge of Swiss debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG)
- Confident and professional demeanour even in difficult conversation and conflict situations
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills; French or Italian skills are a plus What we offer
