Entreprise et contexte
- In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across our global organization, advising on a wide range of legal matters and supporting the business in achieving its goals in a compliant and commercially sound way. Aufgaben:
- You advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on commercial contracts, IT law, and corporate governance
- You draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer, supplier, and IT-related contracts (software, cloud, SaaS)
- You develop and enhance contract templates, policies, and legal standards, while supporting the continuous improvement of legal processes and tools
- You identify legal risks, monitor regulatory developments, and translate them into practical, business-oriented guidance
- You collaborate cross-functionally and support governance matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels Anforderungen:
- Swiss law degree and admission to the bar in Switzerland, combined with several years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or in-house environment, ideally in an international, industrial or technology-driven setting
- Strong expertise in contract law, IT law, and corporate governance, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and IT-related agreements
- Independent, structured working style paired with strong teamwork skills, business acumen, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a high level of integrity, reliability, and sound judgment
