Entreprise et contexte
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours, in line with business strategies focused on quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
- Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, and equipment performance, work instruction, and materials/components in support of production targets.
- You will also showcase your skills by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to meet the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.
- The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid
- This role is contributing to the Power Protection department in Quartino, Switzerland. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive Improvement Projects – Identify opportunities, implement projects, and ensure adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost.
- Process & Product Management – Provide work instructions, introduce engineering change notices, and approve process designs with final testing.
- Production Support – Assist during process/equipment start-up, define action plans, and train maintenance and production teams.
- Technology Evaluation – Assess new process technologies to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, leading testing and provider selection.
