- Strategy & Planning:
- Define and implement risk-based test strategies aligned with scope, timelines, and regulatory constraints.
- Maintain test plans covering functional, system integration, non-functional, and regression testing.
- Test Execution (Manual & Automated):
- Execute end-to-end scenarios across private banking processes (onboarding/KYC, client data, payments, treasury/trading workflows, portfolio and regulatory reporting).
- Validate back-end behaviour with SQL queries, API checks, and log analysis. (where applicable)
- Quality Governance & Reporting:
- Enforce QA standards, traceability, and documentation throughout the SDLC.
- Use JIRA and Xray for requirements coverage, test design/execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting.
- Provide clear status updates and KPIs to QA Lead, Release Management, and Project Management.
- Defect & Risk Management:
- Log, prioritize, and track defects; lead or participate in defect triage with Development, Product, and Operations.
- Contribute to release entry/exit criteria and go/no-go recommendations.
- UAT & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Co-define UAT strategy with business stakeholders, document acceptance criteria.

Exigences principales
- Financial Services:
- 5+ years in banking, ideally Private Banking/Wealth Management; familiarity with payments, trading and treasury flows, client lifecycle (KYC/AML), and regulatory/portfolio reporting. Technical:
- Proficient in SQL for data validation and reconciliation across systems.
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and familiarity with Java/Python for reading test code and interpreting failures. Process:
- Solid experience defining UAT strategies, test data management, and environment orchestration. Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, risk-aware mindset.
- Clear, concise communicator able to synthesize complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
