- This role reports directly to the Vice President of F&B. Strategic Operations & Standards
- Conduct remote audits, operational reviews, and assessments to maintain service excellence. Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
- Ensure alignment with global health, safety, and hygiene protocols through corporate-led programs. Training & Leadership Development
- Mentor and develop shipboard F&B leaders to support career progression and succession planning. Human Resources & Leadership Oversight
- Promote a high-performance culture rooted in recognition, development, and fairness. Fleet Support & Headquarters Coordination
- Participate in key shipboard meetings remotely or in person as required. Financial Oversight
- Oversee cost control, inventory planning, and resource allocation in coordination with shipboard teams. Your Journey so far
- Proven experience in multi-site operational oversight. Leadership & Communication
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages an asset. Technical & Operational Knowledge
