Director, PAMP.com — MKS PAMP SA, Genève (TI).
MISSION The MKS PAMP Group intends to establish PAMP.com as a direct-to-consumer channel across multiple global markets.
The role has ownership of the PAMP.com DTC channel from platform to customer, across both website and app, excluding B2B and institutional channels.

- MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Roadmap Define and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy for PAMP.com and the phased roll-out roadmap, aligned with the brand and with the technical service provider Develop the phased market-entry plan: UAE/GCC first, then European delivery in 2027, followed by North America, wider Middle East and Asia, with target dates agreed with the CEO Brand & Customer Experience Set brand standards for PAMP.com and provide final go-live sign-off Own the end-to-end customer experience aligned with the PAMP brand, ensuring web/app parity, including integration of Veriscan into the customer journey Digital Marketing & Media Define the Digital Marketing and SEO structure, philosophy and content, aligned with regional requirements and BIG/MMTC-PAMP marketing expertise Define and oversee the total paid, earned and owned media model for PAMP.com , establishing a Centre of Excellence to support regional roll-outs (regions retain ownership of paid media spend within their P&L; this role sets standards, expertise and oversight) Commercial Performance & Reporting Own commercial performance and KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, share of wallet, visitor/client conversion, repeat purchase and margin Introduce a monthly PAMP.com performance reporting cadence and KPI framework Platform & Operations Oversee platform and app development (build/technical support delivered by BIG) Oversee the critical operations model and delivery — pricing, payments and fulfilment, including fraud prevention and payment risk for high-value online transactions Governance & Group Coordination Coordinate and orchestrate Group delivery, acting as the single point of coordination across BIG, Marketing, regional teams and Group functions Define KYC/Compliance standards and governance models, including data protection and consumer-protection requirements across roll-out jurisdictions REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in Marketing, e-commerce, or a similar field. 15+ years in senior ecommerce / DTC leadership in more than one market, with ownership of core commercial KPIs – conversion, CAC, AOV, LTV, ROAS, repeat, margin Proven delivery of a brand-first development of transactional capabilities across both website and app, working through technical teams rather than building directly.
- Experience in a high-value, trust-sensitive category (bullion, luxury, jewellery, watches or similar), including secure fulfilment and provenance as well as client experience and support aligned with brand.

- Strong digital-marketing and SEO track record, and the commercial literacy to set success criteria and inter-entity financial models, coordinating between the Group entities and acting as a single point of coordination across third-party providers, regional teams and Group functions.
- AI-forward, with demonstrable experience leveraging the evolving ecosystem of AI-led tools and methodologies across commerce, marketing and customer experience.
- Precious-metals, vaulting or investment-product experience is highly desirable; Loyalty / CRM depth an asset;
- GCC, Asia or multi-market launch experience a plus;
- Familiarity with KYC/AML, data-privacy (e.g.
- GDPR / Swiss nFADP) and consumer-protection regimes in regulated, cross-border online sales.
