- University degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, business- or project management in financial services or technology.
Exigences principales
- University degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, business- or project management in financial services or technology.
- Strong understanding of operating models, process optimisation, and tooling implementation.
- Experience with service‑management or project‑management solutions (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.).
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive change across teams.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
