Support du moteur de croissance : Vous aidez l'équipe de croissance à construire et à exploiter le moteur derrière la stratégie de mise en marché, contribuant à la génération de la demande, à la progression des transactions et à la préparation de matériaux de haute qualité pour les engagements clients seniors.
Promotion des ventes : Vous aidez à la réalisation d'initiatives de croissance en préparant du matériel de vente et en aidant les occasions à passer sans heurts à travers l'entonnoir.
Opérations de vente: Vous aidez à maintenir les systèmes CRM et ERP, à tenir à jour les données client et opportunité tout en soutenant l'équipe avec des informations précises de pipeline et de commande.

- Commercial Awareness: You possess a solid understanding of commercial dynamics, including contracts, business cases, event management, and corporate decision-making processes.

- Climate Action & Sustainability: You have a strong interest in climate action and sustainability, ideally complemented by prior exposure to carbon markets or related initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and you demonstrate strong presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: You are analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Work Ethic & Mindset: You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is considered a plus.
