- You are an exceptional problem solver who enjoys tackling complex business challenges with intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor and a strong bias for execution.

- You are equally comfortable developing enterprise strategy, leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive decision-making.

- & Experience
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience gained in one or more of the following:
- Top-tier management consulting (e.g., BCG, Bain or McKinsey), ideally at Consultant or Engagement Manager/Project Leader level.
- Strategy consulting within a leading Big Four advisory practice.
- Corporate strategy, transformation, or strategic program management.
- At least 4 years demonstrated experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., pharma, chemicals, industrial goods, medtech).
- CDMO or pharmaceutical/GMP manufacturing experience is a strong advantage Fluent in English; German, Spanish or French would be a plus Core Skills and Competencies
