The HR Directorate ensures modern personnel management through professional services.
To further drive digital transformation in HR, we are looking for a customer-oriented and IT-savvy individual to join the HR Projects & Systems team.

- To further drive digital transformation in HR, we are looking for a customer-oriented and IT-savvy individual to join the HR Projects & Systems team.
- HR Controlling & Reporting: Create and update reports and dashboards for management and specialist departments.
- First-level support for our HR systems: Act as the point of contact for user inquiries, assist with error analysis, and collaborate closely with IT and HR departments.
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial training with experience in HR or IT.
- Student at the beginning of studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
Main responsibilities
- HR Controlling & Reporting: Create and update reports and dashboards for management and specialist departments.
- First-level support for our HR systems: Act as the point of contact for user inquiries, assist with error analysis, and collaborate closely with IT and HR departments.
- Participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the area of Story and Canvas Reporting.
- Support digitalization projects in the HR environment – from automation to improving data flows.
- Documentation and process maintenance to ensure quality and optimize our HR data landscape. Requirements
- Initial experience: with HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors) and a good understanding of data, reporting, and processes.
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial training with experience in HR or IT.
- Student at the beginning of studies (University/FH/HF) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or HR Management. Proficient in Excel/Power BI;
- SAP knowledge (HCM or SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, high IT affinity, and enthusiasm for independently driving topics forward.
Key requirements
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial training with experience in HR or IT.
- Student at the beginning of studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- Proficient in Excel/Power BI; SAP knowledge (HCM or SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, high IT affinity, and enthusiasm for working independently.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative.
- German (fluent).
- English (advantageous).
