Company and context
- of mise en place and planning of workflows within the team depending on the size of the event
- Close coordination with kitchen management and collaboration with service and event management
- Plating and serving dishes according to specifications
- Contribution to menu creation and consideration of special requests and dietary requirements
- Compliance with GMZ quality standards and HACCP hygiene guidelines, as well as goods control and inventory management Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the required field
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a chef
- Motivated, organized, and humorous team player personality
- Efficient, forward-thinking, and orderly working style
- Enjoy working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as well as interacting with guests
