Are you ready to advise start-ups and established SMEs holistically on their insurance solutions and also cover products in the field of life?

In this role, you will strengthen the Customer Support & Operations division in the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships division at Zurich Switzerland and make an important contribution to our joint success.

As an insurance expert SME & LIFE you are part of the team Business Insurance & Direct Life. You support interested parties and existing SME customers competently in the development of suitable insurance solutions, accompany them from demand clarification to conclusion and reliably carry out the associated administrative tasks – including the offers in the area of life. You actively maintain relationships with our customers, respond to their individual concerns and ensure long-term high-quality care.

• You advise our SME customers by phone and sell our attractive insurance products.
• You track your created offers and turn them into successful deals.
• You process written requests efficiently and reliably to identify further sales opportunities.
• You provide competent information on insurance issues in the SME sector and support in decision-making.
• You take care of our customer base.

This sets you apart

• Successfully completed commercial training and mandatory VBV certification
• Expertise in SME insurance products
• Passion for telephone customer contact as well as excellent sales and communication skills
• High commitment, goal- and performance-oriented working methods, and a strong sales flair with high sales and consulting competence
• Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of Italian or French
