Are you fascinated by the wholesale business? Do you want to actively shape international insurance programs and work closely with customers, brokers and colleagues from our global network?

In this role, you will strengthen Zurich Switzerland’s Commercial Insurance division in the multinational sector and make an important contribution to our joint success. As Multinational Insurance Account Executive in the Receiving Team, you are responsible for the implementation of international insurance programs in Switzerland. You look after clients, brokers and partners and work with colleagues from all over the world and from different disciplines. Your portfolio could include contracts in the areas of property, liability, transport, fleet, technical and specialty insurance (such as organ liability or cyber insurance).

This is what awaits you

• You create the local policies for our major customers according to international specifications and local requirements
• You independently manage your customer portfolio and ensure that our customers receive an excellent service
• You are the contact person for our network in all aspects of your portfolio (e.g. outstanding premiums, damages, possible covers, exclusions, deductibles, etc.)
• You engage in cross-team projects to optimize processes and further develop our tools – also in collaboration with global project teams

This sets you apart

• A commercial education, ideally in the insurance industry, or comparable experience
• Initial professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the wholesale or corporate customer sector
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, strong service orientation and team spirit
• Good problem-solving and communication skills to navigate complex international structures
• Flowing German and very good English skills in word and writing
• Other languages are beneficial
