Full description
As Team Leader Work Preparation (m/f/d), you take over the professional and human leadership of a team as well as the proactive further development and implementation of standardized and automated processes for work plan creation and associated processes. Your other tasks:
- Cooperation in the definition of production standards & alternatives in consultation with the specialist departments and production engineering
- Responsibility for the optimal use of resources resp. Deployment
- Early detection and initiation of escalations, including monitoring and tracking of action plans and moderation of the escalation round
- Technical support for design/development
- Participation in investment and budget planning WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
- Technical background or Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar, ideally with further training in the field of leadership (e.g. team leader course, master training or technician HF (m/f/d))
- Several years of experience in process planning
- Ability to not only interpret KPIs, but derive effective measures from them
- Secure handling of SAP and MS Office as well as WayRTS is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
