Main responsibilities
- Team Leader Medical Secretariat
- Personnel management of the Medical Secretariat with three employees
- Participation in the day-to-day business of the Zurich North Ambulatorium, the civil law expert, the development psychiatry specialist and the special session for eating disorders Collaboration with senior physicians and senior psychologists in the responsible areas Collaboration with the supervisor and the other team leaders
- Cooperation and organisation of administrative matters concerning all medical secretariats Cooperation with the secretarial teams of other areas Implementation of the representation concept with the medical secretariats
- Training as a merchant/merchant or many years of experience in administration
- Experience in leadership and corresponding further training Healthcare experience is beneficial Resilience and flexibility
- Self-employed, efficient and service-oriented working methods - interest in promoting one's own employees and interdisciplinary cooperation
