- Ensuring nursing and educational care in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry according to milieutherapeutic principles (group and individual setting)
- Implementation of the care process in the reference person system
- Design and implement the daily structure and leisure activities of young people
- Support for young people in crisis situations
- Documentation of the care process as well as ensuring professional reporting
Your profile
- Completed, recognised vocational training in the field of HF/FH, (certificate of recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
- High social competence and patient-oriented working methods
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
- Independent and solution-oriented working method as well as high load capacity
- Willingness to provide various shift services on all days of the week (but mostly day services)
