(in hourly wage) You are studying medicine, psychology, nursing, occupational or physiotherapy and would like to gain valuable practical experience in addition to your studies? With us you will get exciting insights into the psychiatric hospital everyday life and learn to accompany people in challenging crisis situations professionally. You will strengthen your observation and communication skills, take responsibility and work closely with an experienced care team. Whether as a part-time job during the semester or with a higher workload in the lecture-free period: With us, you can put your knowledge from your studies into practice and further develop both professionally and personally. For the 1:1 accompaniment of people in a crisis situation in the stationary care we are looking for immediately or by agreement Their tasks
- 1:1 accompaniment of patients in psychiatric crisis situations in inpatient everyday life
- Close supervision and observation of patients with increased need for care and safety, pronounced behavioural problems and physical limitations
- Attentive observation and assessment of situations as well as early recognition of self-harming actions
- Close cooperation with the care team and implementation of the agreed care and safety measures under the guidance of the responsible care specialists.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in medicine, psychology, nursing, occupational or physical therapy
- Self-employed, attentive and responsible work
- Good observation and ability to assess situations prudently
- Strong communication skills and respectful treatment of people
- Willingness to engage with people in challenging life situations and keep calm even in demanding moments
