- Management and coordination of projects Quality, costs and deadlines
- Technical and organisational management of subordinates
- Planning of the employee:inside assignment in the team (resource planning) in agreement with the department manager:in
- Solution of challenging tasks
- Coordination and execution of plan processing
- Supervision and management of crafts management
- Monitoring all QM requirements in the projects of its subordinates
- Audit and implementation of scheduling in all projects in the team (internal: planning planning and external) You bring that with you
- Degree as an electrical planner: in EFZ
- Further training at higher technical school such as electrical engineer FH, TS or equivalent training such as vocational examination to/from the electrical project manager:
- Experience in planning and realizing challenging projects
- Enthusiasm for current and modern technologies in the field of electrical engineering
- High customer awareness
- Dutiful character with purposeful working methods and integral thinking
- Innovative and dynamic personality with at least 10 years of professional experience
- Strong social and methodological competence for solution-oriented work
- Confident, winning appearance
- German skills in word and writing
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and Nova CAD/CAE
