Tasks
- You take over the personnel and professional leadership of the team "Baumerhalt" with three free space consultants
- In terms of content and procedure, they are responsible for the topic of state tree conservation - advice, assessment of tree fell applications, control and acceptance of replacement plantings as well as tree conservation measures within the framework of construction projects.
- They provide professional support in consulting on construction projects
- They lead the development or Maintenance of necessary enforcement assistance and consulting materials for the implementation of governmental tree conservation and contribute to awareness-raising on the topic of tree conservation
- They actively participate in specialist committees or committees and contribute to a good internal networking of specialists
Profile
- Completed studies in landscape architecture, environmental engineering or comparable and ideally further training in project management and leadership (or the willingness to do so) – the team size offers the opportunity to take the step into leadership as a specialist.
- Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry in tree control / care with appropriate further training
- Winning personality with high assertiveness and view of the whole
- Initiative, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
