Full description
For Strategic Controlling in the Department of Finance at the Triemli site, we are looking for a professional and experienced personality from now on or by agreement.
Tasks
- As part of our interdisciplinary operational organization in Strategic Controlling, you will be responsible for the further development of cost accounting according to REKOLE and profit center accounting.
- The monthly cost accounting, the service billing according to REKOLE as well as the accounts in the SAP CO module are your responsibility.
- Every year you prepare external statistics and cost data (BFS, SDEP, SwissDRG) and ensure their quality.
- As the central contact person, you advise internal and external stakeholders, including the health directorate of the Canton of Zurich, on business issues relating to cost accounting.
- In business administration projects you bring your expertise and support the further development of our instruments and processes.
- Professionally and in terms of personnel, you lead a team of two specialists.
Profile
- Business studies with a specialization in Finance/Controlling
- Leadership experience in a similar role
- Healthcare experience and industry-specific knowledge of REKOLE data and value streams are beneficial
- Strong analytical, structured and conceptual thinking skills as well as high IT affinity and experience in the SAP system
- Entrepreneurial and strategically networked thinking, high level of solution and implementation competence
- Enjoy developing topics and questions sustainably within a motivated team
- Winning personality with high personal responsibility
