Role overview

- Support and training of employees in technical and organizational matters
- Identification of key modules and ensuring the equivalent distribution of expertise among several team members
- Optimization of workflows and continuous improvement of production processes
- Interface between assembly, AVOR, logistics and quality assurance
- Participation in the implementation of 5S, CIP and lean management methods
- Acquisition and evaluation of key figures for controlling and optimizing the assembly performance WHAT YOU SHOULD INVOLVE
- Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or similar) with further training in leadership (e.g. team leader course, master training or technician HF (m/f/d))
- Several years of experience in the assembly of complex assemblies and systems
- Leadership experience in an industrial environment
- Good technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
