Then you take over the management of our hospitality services within Switzerland Real Estate & Services (SRES) and actively participate in the further development of our service portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and commercial development of hospitality services for UBS. Together with your team, you ensure that external customers, international guests, visitors and internal stakeholders at our locations experience a consistently high-quality, professional and representative service experience.
- Overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial development of the hospitality service portfolio with a particular focus on external customers, international guests and representative customer experiences
- Ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery across all service lines as well as continuous development of the offer in line with the expectations of stakeholders
- Management and further development of a complex, customer- and service-oriented organization with the areas of reception, conference & event services as well as staff catering, client dining & pantry services
- Close cooperation with all SRES functions for the holistic further development of customer-oriented services and high-quality location experiences
- Observation of relevant market trends in premium hospitality, corporate services and client experience as well as derivation of innovative service concepts for the further development of the hospitality offering
- Drive digitalization and optimization initiatives to increase efficiency, service quality and customer and user experience
- Positioning SRES as a strategic, value-added and customer-oriented service partner within the bank
