HR MGB ensures a modern and modern personnel management and is competent and active for all personnel questions. We are looking for the Recruiting Team with the option of extension, additional support in recruitment as of April 2027, immediately until the end of April.

• Ensuring professional recruitment and a positive candidate experience
• Support of the entire recruitment process from the preparation of the job advertisement to the pre-selection and discussion process until the conclusion of the contract
• Advising managers on the requirements profile, the sourcing process and the selection of suitable candidates
• First contact person for applicants, managers and HR Business partners throughout the recruitment process
• Conducting demanding job interviews and video interviews as well as using suitable diagnostic tools

For example

• Well-founded experience: in in-house recruitment or TalentSurgical
• Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in economics or psychology or appropriate further education in HR
• Ability to control multiple recruitments at the same time independently, structured and efficient
• Very good stakeholder management and strong consulting skills in dealing with managers at different hierarchy levels
• High level of communication and relationship competence and a safe appearance
• Quick understanding, high service orientation and flexibility
• Experience with the recruiting of the SsifsF Factors
• German (flowing)
• French (advantage)
