- You have several years of practical ServiceNow experience in an agile environment as a platform or product owner, or in an architecture-related leadership role: ideally in a hybrid IT environment with multiple stakeholders and high integration diversity with demonstrable experience in leading teams and projects
- Degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in computer science or business informatics, ideally with further training in Service Now (CTA, CPOA) and agility (SAFe, Scrum)
- Your strength is the ability to communicate and prioritize in dealing with different stakeholders, partners and their dependencies and business vs technology German (business fluent) English (very good knowledge) French (advantageous) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- You will work closely with the architect, quality manager, person responsible for operations and demand team and actively drive the technical and professional development of the platform
Key requirements
- You have several years of practical ServiceNow experience in an agile environment as a platform or product owner, or in an architecture-related leadership role: ideally in a hybrid IT environment with multiple stakeholders and high integration diversity with demonstrable experience in leading teams and projects
- Degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in computer science or business informatics, ideally with further training in Service Now (CTA, CPOA) and agility (SAFe, Scrum)
- You have several years of practical experience with ServiceNow as well as a sound understanding of company-wide platform technologies, processes (ITIL) and their continuous improvement - topics such as upgradeability, data model discipline, standardization, reusability, controlled extensibility and the You are known to avoid uncontrolled customization
- You offer a deep understanding of the SN platform architecture (instances, sub-prod, releases), integrations to peripheral systems, and operational processes (ServiceNow best practices) and their automation
- You can translate technical complexity into resilient prioritization and decision-making logics and move confidently between architecture, delivery, operations, management and departments

Company and context
- You understand ServiceNow as a strategic platform and can transfer demand, architecture, operation, technical development and organizational governance into an effective operating model
- You will be responsible for the stable operation of the platform, Ensure transparency with regard to risks, dependencies and opportunities as well as improvements
