In this versatile function, you ensure the smooth management of medical and non-medical materials and thus make a decisive contribution to efficient hospital operation. Your organizational talent and care ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. Working hours: MO - FR 8.00 - 17.00
Their main tasks
- Managing med. Consumables, not med. Consumables, pharmaceuticals, company linen and food in the decentralized warehouse organization of all medical areas in the University Hospital Zurich
- Cooperation with medical users and other interfaces in the defined area of responsibility
- Active cooperation with the upstream and downstream logistics departments (purchasing, central warehouse, goods transport, hotel industry) in the entire value chain
- Performing the correct control of the expiration dates of medicines and med./not med. Consumables
- Execution of administrative work (order monitoring, assortment analysis, returns, inventory, communication with internal bodies) on the PC or by telephone
Your profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Good MS-Office and SAP MM / WMS knowledge
