About the role Sika is a global, innovative company for chemical and technical specialties in the construction and industrial sectors. To strengthen our Payroll team, we are looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented team player at the Birr location in the canton of Aargau.
In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks
- Wages processing for at least two Sika companies in Switzerland
- Control and partly mutation of master and wage data up to monthly billing, including creation and booking of DTAs
- Responsible for correct registration and deregistration at social institutions as well as handling and monitoring of accidents and illnesses
- Preparation and control of social security accounts including their financial statements
- Reconciliation of accounts
Your skills and experience
- Completed basic commercial training, ideally further training in payroll and/or HR
- Professional experience in the payroll sector and understanding of Swiss social insurance
- Sound knowledge of SAP/HR and MS-Office
- Accounting skills in reconciliation
- Reliable, efficient, thoughtful and independent working methods
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
