Our area Marketing, Audience & Communication is looking for a new team member for our two platforms local.ch and search.ch. Are you ready to revolutionise how Swiss SMEs are digitally found? With AI tools, you build in days what took weeks earlier — and deliver results that the team takes along. ## What awaits you:

• Cooperation with Product, Business and Innovation to identify the core problems behind any idea
• Rapid prototyping of functional products with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0 or comparable)
• Integration of LLM APIs and third-party services to functioning end-to-end flow — not only UI mockups
• Frontend interfaces (React/Next.js) that are good enough for user testing — not bloss REST/GraphQL APIs, Cloud Functions, Databases — so that stakeholders can see realistic behavior
• Quick feedback loops drive: iterate or discard ideas within days
• Creating Engineering Handoff Packages: Annotated Code, Architecture Decisions, Edge Cases and a Clear “That’s the Intent” Lettering
• Translate in both directions: Business stakeholders understand technical tradeoffs, engineering understands the business context ## Skills and Requirements ### What you bring:
• AI-native: You use AI development tools daily — not occasionally. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar tools are your standard workflow
• Code Competence: You write functioning code in JavaScript/TypeScript. React and Next.js are familiar to you
• LLM experience: Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or comparable) — Prompt Engineering, Chaining, Tool Use
• Shipping mentality: Idea to work prototype in under a week. You build while others talk.
• Cloud experience: Deployment to GCP, AWS or Vercel. REST/GraphQL integration is routine
• Communication: You write technical briefings that a senior engineer respects, and explain business stakeholders why something (not) goes ### Benefits:
