You are responsible for the entire custom-made line and have experience in the development of tailor-made clothing concepts. Your strengths are a strong sense of fabric selection, pricing and the implementation in production-ready documents up to the coordination of order processing and delivery of the goods. You work independently, in a structured, networked and results-oriented manner – with a strong focus on customer benefits and collaboration.

What to expect

• Overall responsibility for the custom production line
• Strategic expansion and further development of the custom-made products division
• Product development in close coordination with the team
• Active cooperation with suppliers in the EU and Far East (digitally via WeChat)
• Trade fair visits and, if necessary, customer visits
• Creation and management of production documents and project documentation

Profile check: Do we have a match?

• You have several years of experience in apparel development, workwear, PPE or corporate wear
• You have a secure handling of production documents: tech sheets, BOM sheets, dimension tables and material sheets
• You have negotiating experience with international suppliers (EU and Far East)
• You have in-depth knowledge of project management and all upstream and downstream processes
• At the professional level, you have a reliable handling of Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and, in general, a pronounced affinity for systems
• You have an independent, proactive and results-oriented way of working with an eye for detail
