Are you a passionate cook, rigorous and eager to express your talent in a demanding brigade? We are looking for an independent and committed Head of Party to join our team. You will benefit from attractive working conditions in continuous hours and will play a key role in the success of our culinary services. YOUR CHALLENGES TO THE QUOTIDIAN
- Production & Excellence: Sublimate culinary preparations and implement the implementations in strict compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Health & Safety (HACCP): Ensure exemplary cleanliness of your position, ensure food labelling and rigorously enforce HACCP standards.
- Stock Management: Control receipt of goods, ensure optimal product rotation (FIFO) and prevent ruptures.
- Leadership & Autonomy: Lead the team and ensure overall responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef and Deputy Chefs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Training: Cook CFC holder (or equivalent training).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience confirmed in the same position.
- Know-how: Proven mastery of culinary techniques, post management and hygiene standards.
- Knowledge: A sense of responsibility, rigour, autonomy, team spirit and excellent communication.
