- Planning and conducting customer visits to advise and ensure customer satisfaction
- Training of staff on the ground in the field of bread and bakery products
Main responsibilities
- Planning and conducting customer visits to advise and ensure customer satisfaction
- Training of staff on the ground in the field of bread and bakery products
- Active support for new openings and reopenings
- Conduct of baking training and product presentations
- Technical support in the area of shop ovens and implementation of new shop ovens in Migros stores including installation and programming Requirements
- Professional experience: several years of professional experience in the retail trade and/or in the food industry
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the retail trade, as a baker-confectioner, cook or an equivalent education
- Maintained appearance, independent, flexible and solution-oriented working method with high communication competence and empathy
- High technical affinity and solid IT knowledge
- Residence in Romandie (proximity to the customer) and willingness to travel intensively in the car (driving license mandatory)
