- Accompaniment of children and young people during all horse-supported offers
- Support for young patients as part of experiential education and reliable support during transport
- Accompanying meals together, especially for patients with eating disorders
- Creating sustainable relationships, supporting emotion regulation and professional crisis intervention
- Ensuring the link to the stationary/semi-stationary treatment framework (e.g. transfer during transports, participation in site discussions) and continuous feedback to the interprofessional team
Your profile
- Qualified nurse/nurse specialist HF/FH or qualified social pedagogue/social pedagogue HF/FH (certificate of recognition for foreign degrees)
- Sound experience in child and adolescent psychiatric setting
- High level of relationship and communication competence
- Crisis resistance and enjoyment of teamwork in a natural environment
- Independent and solution-oriented working method as well as high load capacity
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
