Main responsibilities

- Continence advice with added value: You take taboo topics the severity.
- With your expertise in the field of incontinence products, you give sufferers back maximum freedom of everyday life and movement.
- Extended product range: You advise on selected hygiene, medical and mobility products and help customers find the right solution.
- Process and goods management: From the receipt of orders via the assortment maintenance and the needs-based purchase to the shipping coordination and correct billing, you have the threads in hand.
- Team play in the retail environment: Together with the retail teams for orthopaedic shoes and compression, you support each other and learn from each other. Requirements
- Training: Completed basic training as a drugist: in EFZ or pharmaceutical assistant: in EFZ, or several years of experience in a comparable function.
- Personality: You meet people in challenging life situations with empathy, patience and respect.
- Discretion and fingertip are a matter of course for you.
