The counselling department supports low-income families in psychosocial and financial matters and offers short telephone counselling, debt counseling, social counseling for families and mobile social counseling.

As part of the social counselling for families, you make a valuable contribution to supporting families affected by poverty in the Canton of Zurich. Their tasks are versatile and practical:
- Advice for families at the poverty line living in the Canton of Zurich
- Support and support for families in securing their livelihoods, especially in the areas of finance, housing, education and everyday life management, as well as promoting sustainable prospects within the framework of independent dossier management
- Telephone and personal short consultations of help seekers
- Taking on coordinative tasks in the social consulting team
