- You carry the personnel, technical and organizational overall responsibility for the department and lead the six team leaders directly.
- You continuously develop the department and set targeted impulses.
- You ensure the timely and equal assessment of the approximately 300,000 hired or unemployed taxpayers in the area of Zurich South.
- For economically important or politically sensitive tax assessments, you support your employees and contribute your professional expertise.
- As a member of the management team of the private sector, you are actively involved in the further development of the sector and the cantonal tax office.
- You are involved in working groups as well as IT and organizational projects and take on internal and external speaker activities.
- Together with the municipality department, you maintain contact and cooperation with the municipal tax offices in the southern part of the canton. What do you bring with you
- You have a higher commercial training or a completed legal or business studies university.
- You will bring several years of professional experience as well as in-depth knowledge of non-commercial tax law and the various processes in the assessment procedure.
- You have proven leadership experience and understand how to lead leaders effectively and strengthen their leadership role.

- May 2027 or by arrangement a new management for the Zurich South department with six teams and a total of 53 employees.
