Our Merchant team is responsible for ensuring that our more than 900 corporate customers have everything 'round' and that the hygiene requirements for all FELFEL refrigerators & Gavetti coffee machines are met.
You will be coordinated by our Dispatcher team, which compiles daily tours that leave the merchants individually.

- Corporate customer visits: As a FELFEL Customer Merchant, you will independently visit our locations at companies throughout Switzerland in the FELFEL E-Vans.

- Corporate customer visits: As a FELFEL Customer Merchant, you will independently visit our locations at companies throughout Switzerland in the FELFEL E-Vans.
- You are the FELFEL face on site for our FELFEL customers.
- Maintenance work on the FELFEL refrigerator: on site with the customers you carry out a 'service', i.e. you control inventory, clean the FELFEL thoroughly and ensure that the hygiene guidelines are adhered to, fill cutlery, etc.
- Planogram Changes: You make changes to the planogram by integrating new features in the refrigerator or adjusting existing elements so that the devices are always up-to-date and attractive.
- Service at the Gavetti coffee machine: You clean the coffee machine thoroughly as well as the associated components such as the base, the milk refrigerator, etc., fill up cream and sugar and make sure that the decoration around the machine is clean and beautifully set up.
- Make it nice.
- Recycling: You make sure that the recycling station is correctly positioned on site and everything works correctly and empty the recycling bags (or you take them in the truck right away).
- Every now and then you travel with a large load to our recycling partner and load the collected bags on site.
- The daily routine is typically such that you start around 8 and start immediately to the companies that the dispatcher has put together for you, so you are on the road until around 17/18 in the evening: You work independently and are during the day, if necessary, by phone or messaging system in contact with our dispatcher.
