- Deputy Head of Gastronomy & Sales in case of absence and active assistance in the seminar centre, especially in case of absence Head of Gastronomy & Sales Requirements
- Training as a gastronomy specialist and/or further education as a dipl.
- Restaurant manager/restaurant manager beneficial
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy and profound experience in the service sector
- Several years of management experience in a comparable function
- Strong service and host orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with people Engaged, empathetic and responsible leader
