- Support of the supervised departments and areas as a sparring partner in all personnel-relevant issues along the employee lifecycle
- Recruitment in close cooperation with managers
- Support for the implementation/implementation of central HR initiatives and processes in the supervised units
- Support and support for change and transformation processes Requirements
- Training in the HR area: HR-Fachfrau/-mann eidg. FA or FH with well HRM
- Further education such as CAS Coaching or Change Management or HR Manager/NDS HF
- Several years of sound professional experience in a comparable capacity
- Agile, binding and solution-oriented working method
