• You design, control and support transformation and development processes in an agile organization
• You accompany executives and teams in the optimization of their structures, processes and working methods in the sense of an agile culture
• You develop strategies for sustainable organizational development, implement them and continuously evaluate their effectiveness
• You initiate and accompany workshops, training courses and reflection processes to promote an open, innovative corporate culture
• You will work closely with other experts to exchange best practices and increase the effectiveness of the measures
• You are the catalyst for AI transformation

• Experience in organizational development, team development and transformation, preferably in an agile environment
• Understanding agile methods as well as knowledge of leadership and cultural development
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a solution-oriented, strategic way of working
• Ability to control complex change processes and adapt to different target groups
• Independent, structured working method with high self-motivation and team spirit
