We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality for our personal insurance team UVG (Pension Management), who will actively support us in the proactive processing of services in German, Italian and French and will embark on a challenging journey into a successful future.

This is what awaits you

• Independent, targeted and proactive service processing of current disability and survivors’ pensions in the Compulsory Accident Insurance (UVG) sector, in particular
• Adapting and coordinating existing pension cases to changed circumstances and drawing up the corresponding provisions
• Recognition, processing and partial implementation of pension audits
• Examination and orientation of medical expenses in cases of invalidity pensions and treatment of relapses of pensioners
• Composing complex correspondence and conducting challenging telephone conversations mainly in Italian, but also in German and French
• Independent and reliable recording of standing orders for monthly pension payments
• Willingness and interest to handle performance cases in the following industries:
• Compulsory Accident Insurance (UVG)
• Collective sickness allowance insurance
• You consistently focus on customers and individually respond to their needs
• With your curious and constructive nature, you actively shape positive change

You bring that with you

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Solid insurance knowledge, an advantage in the area of UVG services
• You are focused, empathetic and entrepreneurial
• Medical knowledge is beneficial
• Very good knowledge of Italian and German in words and writing as well as good knowledge of French
• You have drive, a positive mindset and humor
• You show courage and are decisive
