Key requirements
- Completed university degree (master or equivalent) in public health, epidemiology, health sciences, health economics, medical computer science, data science, biostatistics or a related field
- Professional experience in the analysis, interpretation and preparation of health data, ideally in the field of quality management, epidemiology, healthcare research or clinical research
- Experience in dealing with large data sets, databases and data quality processes
- Good knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis as well as experience with corresponding software solutions (e.g. R, Python, STATA, or similar tools)
- Experience with SQL, REDCap, Power BI or similar data and reporting platforms is an advantage
- Interest in quality improvement in healthcare, healthcare research, registry development and implementation science
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as strong analytical skills
- High communication and team skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing;
- Knowledge of French is an advantage Prof.Dr. med.

- You coordinate the collection, harmonization and quality assurance of data from partner institutions, working closely with clinical experts, data controllers, ICT teams, and national organizations and stakeholders in the areas of care, quality assurance, research and public health.
- You will contribute to the further development of concepts and processes for the evaluation of the Swiss Sepsis program and support their implementation.
- You will contribute to the development of a sustainable evaluation strategy for quality improvement measures in the area of sepsis.
- You support the definition and further development of documentation standards, data specifications and data flows for the national registry.
- The analysis of process, outcome and health economic indicators are also part of your tasks and you prepare them for different stakeholders.
- You create regular evaluations, reports, dashboards and benchmarking analyses to evaluate the program’s impact.
- You support medical and operational program management in monitoring, reporting and scientific evaluations.
