- Support in the management of the spaces and rooms in the portfolio portfolio
Main responsibilities
- Intern / Internate Facility Management (temporary for six months)
- Support in the management of the spaces and rooms in the portfolio portfolio
- Participation in the planning of the occupancy and Rochade in accordance with the room standards and area requirements
- Support in the coordination and communication of the room allocations and reuse with the involvement of the various stakeholders
Application process
- Advice and support of the applicants in the needs management and in the preliminary examination of applications
- Cooperation and support in the development of key figures and benchmarks
- Cooperation and support in projects from the departments of Object and Construction Project Management
- On-going training in the area of Facility Management
- Basic knowledge in project management of advantage
- User knowledge in the CAD and CAFM programmes of advantage
- Style- and negotiation-proof German in words and writing
- Ability to communicate with different demands and target groups
